I am a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Counselling Psychologist, with extensive experience of providing psychological therapy in the NHS, schools, universities, and charitable organisations throughout Scotland.

I work with adults, adolescents and children from diverse walks of life.

I support people through a wide variety of difficulties including:

Anxiety - including Health Anxiety

Problematic Anger and Aggression

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Disordered Eating

However, you don’t need a diagnosis to come to therapy. It can help people to cope with life challenges and difficult transitions such as:

Job Loss and Financial worries

Relationship problems and separations

Problems at work

Low self-esteem

Overcoming abuse

Family and couple relationship difficulties

Attending therapy can be daunting, but you will be met with warmth, understanding, professionalism and a commitment to help you to move forward to a healthier and happier phase of your life.
